I am not a medical doctor. However, from physics we know that clogged fat can be unclogged using a heat. One of the reasons of a heart attack is clogged arteries. Why don't we have heat therapy to unclog them?
Sauna could be the best suit. Yes, sudden high heat sauna may kill the person who has clogged arteries, because possibly heat starts working/mealting the fat too fast (whatever structure) and it starts moving through veins. May get stuck within IN arteries of heart causing infarct miocard. However, what if it is done carefully under medical experts monitoring of patient's blood flow? Possible this could be the most effective and fastest way to cure.
